Changes, Cancellations & Communication
We know that plans can shift and life doesn’t always move in straight lines. If something comes up and you need to adjust your reservation, please reach out to us directly as soon as you’re able.

Open communication allows us to navigate changes with clarity and care whenever possible.
Before completing registration, we ask that you read through the guidelines below. You’ll be asked to review and acknowledge them again during the booking process.
If plans change well in advance (45+ days)
When notice is given at least 45 days before the retreat begins, your payment will be divided evenly:
• One portion returned to you
• One portion held as a credit toward a future retreat
If plans change closer to the date (21–44 days)
For cancellations made within this window:
• A portion of the retreat fee is released
• The remaining balance is retained as a credit for a future gathering
If plans change last minute (within 7 days)
Because preparation, space, and staffing are finalized at this stage, cancellations within 7 days of the retreat are not eligible for refunds or future credit. The full reservation amount is retained.
We appreciate your understanding and intention when reserving a space. Our retreats are small, carefully prepared, and held with great care for everyone involved.
